    OK, Gentlemen.
    I have made it until Koan, 2:23, my head starts boiling. Many thaks but having tried it several tim,es, I alread know that it is not for everybody. Nor for me.
    This video should be spearated by stages, say from the external, physical and then mental.
    Anyway, the intention is good, so let me wish you all the best.
    Let us not forget, methodology is needed. From our regional wisdom: Less is often more.
