I have the same model as in the video
My Dell optiplex SMPS 8 pin type all voltage are ok but
Grey wire(power ok) is only going from 0 to 0.1V (instead of 0 to 5V) when bist button is pressed or when green wire is shorted to ground.
When Bist button is not pressed:
Green 4.9V
Purple 12.1V
White 0V
Grey 0V
When Bist button is in pressed:
Green 0V
Purple 12.1V
White 12.1V
Grey 0.1V(not going to 5V)
Please guide to troubleshoot

Resp Sir! Dell Optoplex 6PIN SMPS Primary Section OK Sir. Near Optocopular 10V bu not Comming PS On 5V. Which Prkblem Sir. Ur Prevous Adviced was issued IC 7th Pin check the Voltage, these 3 ICs was Putup Sir. Small IC 8Pin IC at 7th Pin Sir..? Pls Advice Sir. -- Chinna Rao, Paderu, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

Green & black wire short kr ke dekhiye fir bhi 12v. Nahi a raha hai to Output me Low value resistance check kijiye

Dell optilex 3010 Ka power button on nahi hota hai
Lekin SMPS ka reset button dabate hi PC on ho jata hai
Lekin pawer button se on nshi hota hai

Sir mere pas dell 6 pin smps he usko pc me lagata hu to pc on off ho raha je fir mene on off ke condition me all vot check kiye to 12v yellow ok 12v white ok lekin 5v grey on off ho raha tha isko kese solve karu please reply

@@shailinternational2552 sir vo mene kiya tha uspar sare volt ok he mene 12v par 35w ka load dekar check kiya to bulb properly glow kar raha he 2ampere load le raha tha lekin grey color ke wire par jo 5v ko mene 4v mcpcb ka load dene par 5v drop ho jate he sir mujhe ye nahi pata ki 5v ka load test karne ke liye kitna load dena chahiye
