I am a Telugu speaking girl from Telangana. When I was studying my btech one of my roomate was from West Bengal. Learned little Bengali from her. Whenever someone is speaking Bengali I can instantly recognize the language. No doubt one of the sweetest language. I want to learn this language😍😍😍😍😍

I am Bangalee. Bengali has four Gender. But no gender for Verbs. Masculine, feminine, common and neuter gender follows same verbs.
But there is a difference in 1st person, 2nd person and 3rd person.. like achi, ache and acho.. I'm just a beginner and this is what I have learnt from my friend.

I am Gujarati living in the US for 50 years. Over the years I noticed listening to my Bengali friends talk that it is very similar to the Gujarati language. After watching this short video, I learned that Bengali is similar to Gujarati and easy to learn. I will watch this video many times and then hire a tutor to learn the language just for fun.

I'm Bengali and grew up learning collquial Bangla and found this video absolutely adorable. Howevever, I find its important to indicate individual meanings of words, our language is structured a lot like Latin languages in the placement of nouns and verbs depending on the dialect. Many non-natives also have trouble pronouncing 'Dh' and 'th' sounds that are unique to Bangla. Seeing all the views on this video also makes me happy that so many are interested in Bangla in general, enough so to look up videos.
My brother studied languages at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center in California. The pace of study was intense. Students had to master the language course in 36-64 weeks. Psychologically it was very difficult, but fortunately he was helped by Yuriy Ivantsiv's book "Polyglot Notes. Practical tips for learning foreign languages”. The book " Polyglot Notes" became a desk book for my brother, because it has answers to all the problems that any student of a foreign language has to face. Thanks to the author of the channel for this interesting video! Good luck to everyone who studies a foreign language and wants to realize their full potential!

My family is bengali but when I was born, my parents were both still working full-time jobs so when I was old enough to go to school, I've forgotten the bangla I've known as a 3 year old because I was mainly speaking English at school while my family was too busy to talk to and now I'm 16 and I still haven't been taught bangla while all of my other family members speak it so here I am, trying to teach myself.
