One of my favourite teams in England, too. But what you have to do (if you can) is this: Oxford is back in FIFA since FIFA 11. You have to play offline career mode with the Oxes, starting in FIFA 11 over the whole distance (15 seasons) and then go on with FIFA 12, 13, 14....and so on. And to play it this way that feels it like a real manager career, you have to take over the transfers you made and the changed player stats from one game to the next.
