ขออนุญาตแชร์สูตรคุกกี้ของวิทยาลัยสารพัดช่างระยอง แป้งเอนกประสงค์ตราว่าว สีฟ้า แบบที่หม่ามี้เลือกมาเลยนะครับ 1000 กรัม
เนยสด 700 กรัม
ไข่ไก่เบอร์0 5 ฟอง
ผงฟู 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
เม็ดมะม่วงหิมพานต์ดิบหั่น 300 กรัม
ลูกเกดหั่นแช่น้ำให้พอง 200 กรัม
น้ำตาลไอซิ่ง 600 กรัม
วิธีทำ
1.ร่อนแป้งกับผงฟูพักไว้
2. ตีเนยสดให้ละลายด้วยหัวตีใบไม้ความเร็วปานกลางจนเนยละลาย ใส่นม ใส่ไข่ทีละฟองๆตีพอเนียน ใส่น้ำตาลไอซิ่ง ปิดเครื่อง
3. เติมแป้งค่อยๆตะล่อมเบาๆให้เข้ากันด้วยไม้พาย เปิดเครื่องตีแป้งด้วยความเร็วต่ำ พอเนื้อคุกกี้เนียนดีก็เทใส่อ่างผสม ใส่ลูกเกด เม็ดมะม่วงหิมพานต์ คนให้เข้ากันพักแป้งไว้ 15 นาที
4. ปั้นเป็นทรงกลม(ใช้แป้งเค้กเคาะ(ทา)ที่มือบางๆ ก่อนปั้นกันแป้งติดมือ)
"ผมใช้แผ่นเทปลอนแทนการทาเนย เพราะการทาเนยทำให้คุกกี้ก้นไหม้ครับ" วางห่างกันหน่อยนะครับ เขาจะฟูขึ้นเล็กน้อยเดี๋ยวติดกันเป็นแผ่นเดียวกัน!
5. อบ 15นาที ใช้ไฟ180 องศาเซลเซียส เปิดเตาพักไว้ 10นาทีจึงยกออกครับ
"ถ้าไม่มีเตาอบขนมคงต้องไปรบกวนบ้านเพื่อนที่ทำเบเกอรี่รบกวนใช้อุปกรณ์และสถานที่ครับ" เป็นกำลังใจให้นะครับ สู้ๆครับ
