September 23, 1966-Password (Lucille Ball-Gary Morton) (Lost Daytime Week)

-In the final episode of the "Lucy and Friends" week Lucy and Gary play with Carole Cook (who just passed away at age 99) and her husband Tom Troupe. This is the final "lost" Password episode I have. Hopefully one day we will see more emerge since the following week that Allen plugs with Danny Kaye and June Lockhart is also unfortunately a "lost" week.

At this point Lucille Ball had proved herself as a tremendous business woman as well as a top notch performer ,but from all accounts her tastes and idea of entertainment were these simple word games ,using her clout only to persuade her friends to participate in them.Seems even her parties at home had her guests playing scrabble and password instead of more racy entertainment hollywood stars would have preferred
