Thank you! You explain so well proper form and how to correct position when we are off and give alternative pose. For us 60 yr old ++ who have not kept up with stretching and exercising is huge help. Short and simple 😊
My goal is to shake up my routine to work smarter than harder. This, and all your routines, are awesome. As a 62 year old life long active person, I find your routines to be very safe and effective. Thank you!

@annegribben444 If someone was not weak with a compromised immune system in the first place, then the flu would not have had such a devastating effect on a person.
This Guy is Super ❤❤❤Great for the Total BODY ALLINAMENTS, AND YES 🎉 OUR BODY OCCASSIONALY, NEEDS a TOTAL Body ALLINEMT, JUST LIKE A CAR FOLKS. SO FOLLOW THIS GUYS LEAD. GET ON YOUR BARE FLOOR AND DO THIS. TO KEEP YOUR BODY STRAIGHT .....IT FEELS SO GOOD AND RELAXING
I def agree this exercise is straing the neck. A simple exercise that my naprapath gave me: Lie on the floor (with bent knees), create a double chin, look into the ceiling and VEEERY lightly lift your head just a little bit from the floor. Less is more! Keep the position for 5-10 sec and relax, repeat 5 times. Do this once or maybe twice a day. In a standing position you could also just stretch your head forwards (like your nose/chin is trying to take a closer look at something far away but keeping your body still!) and then backwards (creating a double chin again). Keep looking straight ahead, don´t tilt your head x 10-15 times. This is more for mobilization/stretching and you could do this whenever you feel like during the day
It’s totally ok to keep your head on the floor if your neck feels strained, as someone commented above. But if you’re still wondering *why* that happens, that’s because you probably don’t have a strong enough core. Ideally, you’d neck shouldn’t get tired because it’s held above ground by abdominal core muscles, not by the muscles of your neck & shoulders. Hope that helps!
It’s hard to say without seeing a picture of how you’re doing it. Your neck may be weak. You may be lifting your head up. Notice he is keeping it in line with the rest of his body. In addition, I really really good thing to think about is *extending your neck* which means bringing your head up. Watch out for the easiest mistake! That is to bring your ‘chin’ up which *bends* your neck. Instead, think “Extend your neck and make it longer.” That makes your vertebrae work better. What you want to do is bring the top of your head up away from your body. That makes your neck longer… and that’s a good thing.
The bridge isn't too difficult but I got the strangest cramp in the back of my hamstrings...maybe my position was wrong or it could have been that I should have hydrated better
take into accountI would suggest asking a professional for help in person. My chiropractor told me "if you want to stop feeling back pain you must strengthen the muscles" and that also applies to the neck. Personally, in my warm-up I dedicate time to the neck, you know: side by side, sides, up and down, twists... And take into account of what this video says: Do not round the upper back bringing your chin to your chest, keep your eyes on the ceiling and raise the chest.

As part of the whole-body (which is a system) yes. More specifically weak, hips and ankles don’t support your knees. Think of the core. What does it do? See how you can answer your own question? Instability creates instability elsewhere in the chair of control and flow, from the earth through to the sky. Think of it that way, you or any part of you as a being in a larger whole. “All my relations” We are one.
@@1unsung971 thanks. I hear what you are saying. But my question was simple. "Can a weak core cause knee issues"? I know feet, ankle, hips can and I have been addressing these with no success so was just wondering if a weak core could also be a potential problem.
@@1unsung971 knees are constantly stiff. Trying to go into a body weight only squat position and getting up from it is difficult. Im in construction so im on my feet most of the day. Mind you, hips also are tight. Always feeling the need to stretch.

For many folks, music interfers with hearing your voice; how about an option for no music? Thx
I actually didn’t notice the music until I read this comment
You can always put the captions on.
Mute might be a good idea
Yeah, mute. Scoot the volume down to zero.
Not an option if you want to hear what he’s saying while you’re doing the exercises.
These are great thank you 😊

Hi. Can we keep head on ground while doing first exercise?
I like these two movements and can do both but the back of my neck hurts when doing the hollow hold . What am I doing wrong please. Thanks so much. :)

I PREVIOUSELY CRAWLED ON MY HANDS AND KNEE'S TO GET AROUND AS I HAVE A SOLITARY OR SANCTIFIED LIFESTYLE : TYSON IS A GAMECHANGER
When doing the Core Hold, can l keep my head down as long as l keep my back pressed against the mat?
How do I release hip flexor and quad so it doesn’t hurt during bridge?
so, MORE forward head posture?
Great information but one suggestion - it would be nice if you were looking at 'us' and not off to the side
I totally agree.
I have had 4 back fusions
Can you use weight with bridge??
Can people with neck issue do the first exercise with head rested on the ground rather than lifted?
The bridge isn't too difficult but I got the strangest cramp in the back of my hamstrings...maybe my position was wrong or it could have been that I should have hydrated better

I have bed sore snd lung transplant, do you have a program to gain strength and flexibility?
u r talkative
I don't LIKE how my neck feels during that first ab exercise. An alternate? Maybe barely hold head up?
Tfy a pillow?
I agree....please leave the music out...so
Amazing! Thank you. Are the holds 20-60 secs or is that the rest period in between sets?
The holds are 20-60 seconds each. He didn’t address how long the rest should be between each but I usually rest for about 30 seconds.
The first core exercise is very hard on my neck. Please suggest a modification.
you can try putting a pillow or yoga block under your head for support
🙏
What if you have neck problems and cannot hod it up ?
I'm 75 year old woman. Will those exercise work for me?
Really enjoying your approach guys (the progression from easy to hard).. but on this one even the easiest one hurts my neck.. what to do? thanks.
Go see your doctor

My neck can't do the first one. Feels like my neck is doing all the work.
When I try to do the bridge I start to cramp in my upper legs.
So it's hard to tell, but how far off the ground are your shoulders
