- The FAST™ FTC 4X is the first integrated magnifier available on the market, bringing the magnifier up to a 2.26" optical centerline from the rail. Integrating the mount with the optic shaves weight, increases strength and ensures streamlined functionality with near-zero occlusion of the primary optic when stowed. The optical glass provides a clear and durable sighting solution while UNITY's FTC (flip-to-center) technology allows for easy stowage when not in use. Designed for use with a red dot mounted at the same height, the FAST™ FTC 4X provides ultimate picture clarity, utilizing the red dot in the primary optic as the aiming reticle. This allows the shooter to shift between non-magnified (stowed) and magnified aiming without re-zeroing the optic. The magnifier can be mounted on multiple weapons platforms behind a red dot sight or used as a hand-held monocular. It comes with an integrated FAST™ QD Lever that makes it even more low-profile.
For anyone curious, $645.00 is what I’m seeing street price right now at launch.
Actually not bad at all considering you get the magnifier and the mount, my Eotech g43 and unity cost over $800 in total.

Also, let’s consider the fact that optics (and then even accessories) drop in price overtime. Much more than firearms. Very niche. Fills a specific need if you want it. If it was like $100 each, I would get the setup. Also I kind of prefer it flipping out of the way. I do like the riser on the holo though

I’m also curious about this. Just based on what it looks like, it’s just slightly too close to the rail to fit buis. But I guess we’ll see what everyone says about this when it’s launched.
@@Khoff450 Right either looks just barely close enough or just barely not close enough. For right now I use a 0.75in picatinny riser and a Vortex magnifier setup at 1.5in centerline to give me a 2.25 center line magnifier that I can still use a backup irons with 🤷

It looks like when stowed, the body is closer to the pic rail than some other magnifiers, so the MBUS Pro rear sight might be too high. Might have to use something like the Bobro low profile irons. Hopefully Unity can answer this question.

If its cheaper than a Eotech G45 + omni mount, I'm in for one
650 street with unproven glass. Buying the mag and mount on sale for a g45 and Omni will run about the same

This mounting system doesn’t work that low. The “flip to center” design only works at 2.26 or higher.
At this price just go ACOG with RMR riding on top. It’s better in every way than this

it already flips to center, can't really get more ambidextrous than that
FTC setup is fine for lefties as is. Have a G33 in one on my APC300 and have no issues whatsoever

Well it just dropped today at $710 msrp, which is about $150-200 higher than I expected. Bidenflation? This thing is Aimpoint or Eotech prices with Korean glass…price needs to come down, especially if it’s only a 4x.
It comes with the FTC mount, which would be an extra $200 at least for any other magnifier so the price makes sense.
I run 3 rifles with the Unity ftc mount w/ EOtech g33, g43 and a g45. I’d be willing to buy this if the glass is as clean as the EOtech. I’d like to have a 4x’s
