- Hungry Scottsdene residents at Kraaifontein, near Cape Town, have led a silent protest for food. Community leaders say up until now, residents have been helping each other but there's nothing left to share.

Why can't the Government help these people as billions of Rands was donated to the Solidarity fund... Why don't they use this money to provide food parcels for our communities. I really wonder how much of the billions is gona dissappear... #Justsaying🤫🤐

I suggest we get a TV programme for 15 minutes that focuses on Health and survivors of Covid 19, something that will educate people at a level they will relate to.
I understand that we are starving, but instead of complying with one of the laws NATURAL LAW (Find ways of getting food) or Covid 19 law (Self-Isolation) we are outside playing soccer and trying to get alcohol stores open. Our local councillors are also not consistent with us. Food parcels are skipping houses for no reason... YOH AI
Please can you send and or direct people to a Facebook page called Cape Town Together... It's a network of people in all communities fund raising and helping with food, education options etc via CAN in your area.
Of course are you all blind. These people need assistance. Help your people.

A lot of complaining folks rude while people talking. Pantries open, shoprite open, some spaza are open, taxi running. Im confused. Does the elderly lady not get a sassa payment? If not how can one help?

Vote DA in the next election. We wouldn't have had problems like this if they were running the country. The DA would have managed the Covid 19 outbreak much better than the ANC.
