Pathetic,my husband booked a dress from this shop for our reception. As per rule he payed advance but they insisted to pay full amount and became very aggressive and rude towards them not only verbally but they also tried to hurt them physically which was very unprofessional. Not only this when my husband cancelled the booking they were not ready to return the advance. First of all they should change their policy,who stupid pays the whole amount beforehand and secondly whole of the team should learn some basic ethics how to deal with the clients otherwise there so called boutique will soon shut down.
WORST EXPERIENCE
HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.
