What a wonder it is to be alive, O Lord on high! Forgive me for taking this gift for granted. With each breath that I take, I want to love You a little bit more. With each passing moment, my body ages, and your creation crumbles a bit. However, with a sturdy faith, I will get closer to the day that we join each other in Heaven. How did I find out about this great man of God?
I did a TH-cam search for sermons about where Jesus says we are the salt of the earth. I came across Jenkins' "Pass the Salt" series. 🧂
Been hooked ever since. Praise the Lord for this servant. I hope to one day go to Glenarden Baptist Church and hear him and meet him in person.

Pastor, when u read that person's question at 47:00 he was referring to Isaiah 53-7 & part of verse 12 are written in the past tense.

You forgot about Enoch who walk with God and was taken. He did not taste death and he will return with Elijah in the last days. They are the only two that the Scriptures actually say that they did not died naturally. Everyone else died the way that the Lord instructed.
Also, you said that Jesus never quote from the other books, but he quoted out of the book of Enoch as well as Elijah. And both of these books are in the Old Testament.Even Moses quote from them as well in the New Testament concerning when the people questions him concerning the laws.
I enjoy your teaching but I just wanted to bring these out as well
