- Finally, a projector worthy of its name! I won't hide that I was starting to lose hope after tinkering with those chinese products. Today, we're tackling a ROBE moving head, a 2007 model in need of a minor overhaul and a power supply replacement. Then, to add to the challenge, I had the not-so-great idea of attempting to repair the original power supplies... What a hassle!

Robe has always had my favorite animation wheels
Awesome work and fixture! I really love these... many gobos and effects to play with and create. The animation wheel is very interesting! And, I really felt you on 20:57, I know that pain & danger!
Thanks for your comment. Yes I like those. If only they were lighter. Very good machine
The inserts of the connector on the secondary side of the power supply are too weak,
after a few years they can become too hot too many times and make poor contact.
A trick is to solder these + and - cables directly to the pins of the power supply,
this is often the case.
You can place the air filters in a bath of soap and water, then let them dry (squeeze them out) or blow them dry with compressed air.
Another fuzz nerd, gotta drop a follow. Thumbs up for the good content.
