Her voice is better than it was during the actual emancipation of Mimi tour. It was in terrible condition then yet she sang a good majority of it live. Her voice is in decent shape here yet she’s resorting to lipping it all. I truly don’t understand it. Not sure why every day I keep hoping that she removes playback but it seems it won’t be happening ever :( I honestly think that Lovers and Friends thing really screwed up her confidence because since then barely nothing has been live anymore
Her voice sounded more tired towards the end of the tour tho if i recall correctly. She even said in her memoirs (after releasing the album and prior to the tour), being in fantastic vocal shape and wanted to go out there and celebrate with the fans.

Y’all I have a theory Maybe she is conserving her voice for Brazil It’s been so long since she been there and maybe she wants to give them the best, Mandy she will sing love stuff with the normal playback not fully lipping songs

She seems and looks like she's not fully there anymore and it's sad to watch. I've seen her like this a lot lately. And yes, I know she's older.
