Natural farming

Natural farming is an eco-friendly approach that enhances soil fertility with the use of locally available natural resources, minimizing the need for chemical fertilizers and pesticides. This method not only supports environmental sustainability but also promotes cost-effective and healthy food production.
In light of these benefits, GNI Nepal has been actively promoting natural farming across 13 districts, aiming to boost productivity among farmers. The initiative involves extensive on-site training for selected local resource people (LRPs). The LRPs are responsible for educating and assisting other farmers in adopting these sustainable practices.
The video highlights our dedicated efforts to protect the environment and rejuvenate the livelihoods of farmers in Lele, Lalitpur, through natural farming.
