I'm a little surprised that you went with the root harnesk -- I feel the mask is more useful to make first for the poison resistance, invaluable in the swamp. Great stuff though.
I think most of the poison is pretty avoidable though and even if you get hit you can usually survive. However archers especially starred ones, and also deathsquitos will kill you.
@@henrik9658 You're right, I think. However, I have a persistent skill issue, and I find the added confidence of knowing it isn't as deadly as usual makes exploring the swamp much less stressful. Again, great stuff here. Love to see how you play the game, learned a lot.

ah, miscommunication, i mean every other series stops after queen dies but this one will continue onwards. can't really get to ashlands without queen drop very well
that's fair, i used to run poison mead too but im pretty confident i can avoid poison most of the time (apparently not this series! taking leech bites everyday oops) but its actually quite avoidable if you pay attention, and 1 poison won't kill you on normal or hard with correct food and gear.

I'm a bit surprised you don't take poison resist potions with you into the swamp. A squirt from leeches or blobs can be quite hurtful ...
healing mead can save you if you screw up to poison, saves an inventory slot and some carry weight.
