My bio is pretty random: In short, I am a professional singer/songwriter from Toronto, Canada who moved to Manila, Philippines which sorta became my Hollywood because my first TH-cam channel MIKEYBUSTOSVIDEOS grew popular due to Filipino comedy videos. Meanwhile, I'm also a big biology geek who is obsessed with ants, so I built an internationally operating ant business supported by another popular channel called ANTSCANADA, and well basically, today I travel and tour around the world doing what I love so I wanted to start this vlogging channel, in hopes to encourage you guys to follow your dreams no matter how random, by showing you what happened when I followed mine! You just never know where life will take you when you listen to the yearnings of your heart!
Im surprised how this man doesn't have a million subscribers or more because this man deserves it

i think its time for a trip to cartimar and get some supplies to help clara's accessibility to the tree and other surroundings. maybe some jute bird climbing netting?

Mikey, I do feel happy too for the birds when they shout especially when these birds fly up to the windows during the sunset! They're probably also attracted to the lovely silvery pink sky during the twilight ours just as much as I do too; and an aviary smack in the middle of your farmhouse is just like a mini forest to your birds!
Awww, seeing Clara in the tree, and then figuring out how to get down, made me so happy!!!!! What a brave girl. Seeing your joy is such a great way to start the morning. ❤

Yayyy for Clara!!🤗 But watching her struggle to maneuver that flimsy rope was hard to say the least. Who needsa 📺 when u can just move from floor to floor for different vantage points to watch the birdies. The conures r definitely taking full advantage of the heights of the aviary. The gate/fence r both gonna help transform the look of the outside of the home👍😉💞

I was so glad to see Carla up in the tree with her flockmembers! I know the rope might not be as esthetically pleasing, but it does have its function! Expanding Carla’s world.
Love the aviary videos! And basically everything animal related 😁, I can’t wait to see a vlog of the dogs discovering the yard now that the gate closes it off completely.

Wow, I continue to be so fascinated by these birds. I'm actually very Ornithophobic but, I do admit that I can't get enough of you and these birds. I think that Clara is my heroine of the day. She's not letting anything stop her from being with her flock mates and, she's so great at solving the challenges she faces, seriously, there's a lesson there. Way to go Clara!!
My favorite moments were spending time with the puppies. It seems they've figured out they're home and they really seem to love it. OMG that Rizal, just a big bundle of fluff and love. BTW, getting the furniture so that the dogs can get up with you is awesome!
OK, I just gotta say that your Fine-Art Game is totally ON POINT! As a fellow collector, I'm loving what I see. I think you've made excellent choices, the pieces you have reflect you both and they're simply gorgeous! I've done some research on the Filipino Artists you've featured in the vlogs and there is incredible talent there. Once my life settles down into more normal conditions, I surely see some Filipino Art Acquisition in my future. Would it be weird to see how Norlie Meimban would render you and RJ? I have to admit I'm very curious. Sometimes an artist can see things in people that come out in their art and it's surprising.

You can practically see the gears turning inside Clara's head as she tries to negotiate her way back to her cage.
Since the parrots are shown to be able to trained to know that there are glass walls in the aviary, that could mean that if you add more birds, parrots will be most likely be the way to go; tropical pigeon or dove species might probably be harder to train that there are glass walls as tropical pigeons and doves seem to be frequent victims of window strikes, like that Emerald Dove that you showed in one vlog.
I soooo love this vlog.. and honestly, besides that, clara's milestone... the music at the end... it hypes up the happy/good vibe feel of every vlog... it is all love love love... thank you for the super good vibe you give in every vlog, mickey! Thank you for sharing this wonderful experience. I might never have your patience and diligence to have pets like these, but having to watch you raise them is such a very pleasant experience. I acquired a new level of appreciation for birds. They are such lovely creatures.
I was telling my husband that I would love to have an Avery in a home we owned. Since my health is so bad, we have never been able to buy a home. Love the house. That looks like it would be a perfect home to recharge and find peace. My husband and I have been married for 42 years. I was 16 when we got married and Chuck was 19. Shortly before we got married I ended up very sick when I had a flu vaccine and 3 weeks later, I was paralyzed because of Guillian Barre Syndrome and on life support. We have talked so many times over the years about getting a home like this. Maybe not as big. But, I love the whole vibe. I'm going to show this video to my husband since it's the same kind of place we've dreamed about. There would be no way we could do this now because of my ongoing medical bills that are still auto-immune ever since. I love it and I would love to find something on a smaller scale that we can afford at some point. I forgot to finish my comment and tell you that this is the 1st video of yours I watched. I was watching a channel called Robert Fuller and he does nature videos in the UK somewhere. I went from watching birds hatching eggs, raising them and going out into the world. TH-cam recommended this video. I'm glad they did that. I subscribed and will watch some of the other video's on your channel.

Absolutely loved seeing Clara out and up in a tree, a little more 1 on 1 with you will build her confidence up. Time to get them a nice birdbath to share and maybe look into hanging feed platforms that you can place around. It helps them search for food and is great enrichment. ❤️

I LOVE overnight oats! 🥰 Have you ever tried chia seed pudding? same concept and even more protein - there's lots of recipes online. You can also do chia-seed pudding with oats

I slept well last night. Had a staycation with a friend and went to a Japanese inspired park in Taipei today. The past 2 days had been really awesome.

Like you did it with the branch on witch the spanish moss hangs.
This way Clara could climb it up to the Tree.

While the xolo is well known for the fact that it is hairless, my favorite fact about it is that it is actually an incredibly ancient breed of dog, they originated in Central America(more specifically Mexico) And ancient people believed that they guided the spirits of their owners safely through the underworld, which sadly meant that every time an owner died they would also sacrifice their dog

Poor Clara! I'm so worried about her feathers but it sounds like it will be a while until she is able to molt, and from what I read it's a very uncomfortable process :( I'd love to see her get some special attention, maybe when you take one of the cages out you can roll her outside or harness train her like ligaya
Just remember back when Cyphers vet said they needed direct sunlight although the Avery has plenty of sunlight and company so idk! Wouldn't want her to be more stressed out

What if your Blue napes also start to love the roof deck
if only you can attach driftwood on the top that would be great. more levels for them to perch especially when you get more birds.
He’s planning on doing that according to previous vlogs. He’s just looking for very light branches since they could pose as a hazard if they fell from that height.

Love the aviary, would really recommend if able to put some small hanging platforms on the roof deck so they got more options but the sun can still shine threw
