I'm on day two of withdrawal from opiates for the 4th time this year. These videos help motivate me enough to keep pushing to the next hour every time

Great motivator!! I’ve entered my first week of workouts as I wanna be a better version of myself, and I really didn’t wanna get up and do my workout today. This is just what I needed to hear to get up and push through.

I've been so lost in my own mind, to the point where it feels impossible to get out, like I'm trapped in a prison cell, but recently, I told myself enough is enough!
