@@ゆえる-b5w そうですね、もう少し丁寧にお話しますね。(少し長くなるので面倒だったら見なくて大丈夫です)
プロセカの3DMVにはSEGAなどが関わっていることはご存知ですよね、実はこのようにTH-camによく上がってるMMDなどもSEGAの技術が取り入れられてるので技術的には可能です。しかしプロセカでは月に8着の衣装追加をしなくてはなりません(イベント+一般公募)更にはリアルライブやコネクトライブを行う関係上あまりにも時間が足りないのです。またプロセカはもともと色々な会社(Colorful Palette,SEGA,iXimaなど)の少数精鋭を集めて運営しているので人手不足も問題ですそうした面からもここまでやるのは難しいでしょう。

本作では、随時追加される一般公募デザイン衣装の他、月3回のイベントで追加されるガチャ衣装もあるため、最低でも月8着の新規衣装モデルを作成する必要がある。そのため、生産ラインは8ラインあり、1着あたりにモデリング、テクスチャ、セットアップ、差分作成で各工程5日間、計約20日間の3Dモデル作成期間と10日間の監修期間が設けられ、計1か月の制作期間を経て実装となる。差分作成ではカラーバリエーションや女性キャラクターの胸部差分を作成している。Colorful Paletteからは、イラストチームより2週間に4着のペースで新規衣装デザインが3Dモデリングチームに提出されており、このデザインを元に3Dモデリングを作成する。ときには簡略化についてSEGAとColorful Paletteイラストチームの両社で協議することもある。
モデリングソフトにはMaya、実装にはUnityが使用されている。コスチューム作成の共通素体は男性1体、女性4体となっており、素体を元にコスチューム作成後、身長差はUnityへインポート後に調整している。3Dモデルは、スマホで動かす制限の中でも、スカートの裏側など見えない部分で調整を行い、目立つ部分にリソースを割くようにしている。また、アウトラインを均一の線ではなく部分的に太さを変えて、よりイラストに近いモデルになるよう調整されている。揺れものに関してはダンスシーンで違和感を覚えないように、干渉やめり込みの調整を出来る限りで行っている
3Dが綺麗なモデルが観たいならProjectDIVAやることをおすすめします。
