what is the proof that x to the power r will lie inside group? it can be outside the group as well...and if so,then H can not be considered because it depends on such an element which has prime order which is not there now.

U said p will divide order of G by H... but if we take Order of G= 15 and order of H = 7... and take p as 5...then it will not divide 0(G)/0(H)
You can't take order of H =7, if order of G= 15
