Ditto here on my 2005 Tahoe. Weird thing is both rear windows went out at roughly the same time. The motor works but it seems like the window "gear" somehow got misaligned or something - but the issue is just like yours. Replacing the regulators looks like a real pain in the ass from other videos that I've seen. I would love to know what caused this. Funny story - after this problem first started happening I was in a single lane line up to enter a car wash. I was second to the next car to enter with at least 10 cars waiting behind me. I and accidentally hit the rear door window "down" button. Well the window would not go back up so I got out of the truck and tried to force the window up with my hands. This method had worked before - but not this time! So there I am looking like the biggest jerk on the planet fighting with this stupid damn window to no avail. Now I'm getting honked at and getting the finger! I ended driving up over the curb to get out of everyone's way. I now have wedges between the window and the door body to keep the windows up. Replacing the actuators looks like a real pain in the ass. Only real problem I have ever had. I'll try to keep you posted on a better solution.
man I'm having the same problem with my 2013 tahoe windows. Floppy window syndrome lol exactly! Idk if anything was replaced or not because it was like that when i bought the truck. Please lmk if you figure it out and I'll do the same for you.

Did you tighten the screws that pinch the window with the rubbers
Hit me up
What do I do to fix it? Go get a factory one?
