You could do something with the big ruin in the garden. Because the footprint is there you could build it up into a amazing house. It’s big as well. Most of the ruins are to small and impossible o extend. How much is it please ?

This ruin is originally 2 houses, half of one house and half of another, so whenever I write "half a house" it is already difficult to explain again. I obviously admit that I may not have explained it in the best way in the video, I tried but obviously I couldn't but now I write in several ways to be clear and leave no doubts this ruin that currently exists that seems to be just one house, there are actually two and house one belongs to your property. Visiting the place it seems to be 3 original houses but let's not shuffle any more lol

you don't take half, you take the whole building on the property but it's actually next to the neighbor's building, that's all! maybe I didn't explain it well in the video but if the 4 walls of the ruin had a wall in the middle everyone will realize that in the past there was a house on one side and another on the other side but in fact, today that wall doesn't exist and it creates this confusion :( ...

That is a very interesting piece of land but the boundaries are a complete cluster and it is a total mess. If a person could amalgamate that land with the bordering lands it would make an awesome wilderness camp ground combined with an operating farm on the farm land. Pretty sad to see the land chopped up into almost unworkable chunks. That's why the price is abou 1€/sqm.. compare it to other property's which all have about the same price if there is no house on it. In this case you can try to buy the article with the rest of the house or rebuild the ruine in front of it. With the last opportunity you have to take in consideration that you always have that ruine in your backyard if your neighbior doesn't want to demolish it.

If you don't want to remodel normally 1/2 ruins as there are thousands of them like that, you can transform for example into two ruins

Bit pointless owing half a house that you can't restore. This is effectively just land. Sorry but that's just what it is.
you have still around 170 sqm to rebuilt if you want, the ruin that is a lower level...and belongs entirely to the property.
