Battlefield 1 Soundtrack: Air Superiority Round Start and Spawn themes.

- The round start and spawn themes combined into one, no way to make an attackers advance video with there being no rush equivalent of air superiority - a lot of the spawn menu tracks are also main menu themes to a degree hence why this video is pretty long. Screenshots are taken by me.
All credit goes to DICE, namely Patrik Andrén and Johan Söderqvist who composed the Battlefield Soundtrack.

Man, just imagine partaking in a dog fight at that height, with those planes, especially. Nothing but respect to the pilots from all sides.
fun fact, they didn't use parachutes in ww1, so yeah fun times for any aces
@@55_reasons_why74 some planes, like Cessnas and biplanes are nothing more than powered gliders, so even if the engine gets shot out the plane is still able to glide its way down to safety. Correct me if I’m wrong but parachutes we’re developed as a result of needing faster planes, requiring less glider like designs.
@@KenGames45 oh no, parachutes existed but they didn't equip pilots with one because they thought that pilots would have used them being cowards instead of fighting. This was probably the reason why the average life expectancy of a British pilot in 1917 was 11 days.
Absolutely love how heroic BF1's music sounds. I don't usually listen to video game OST's in my free time, but BF1's music is great for studying and doing homework.

The Sun setting thus making the sky orange must be a huge part of why this game mode is frickin' epic, the music is another one.

It's so much fun and epic, I really can't understand
10:40 reminds you of the dangers the pilots could face but there undying courage is the reason why they did what they did in WW1. May these soldiers and pilots souls rest.
They used to say that a pilot had an average lifespan of about 3 hours in the air. That's how likely it was that you were either killed or shot down.
Love this particular track. lol and i'm still listening to it even more than a year later.

Jar Jar Thinks The Iron Walls Operations Theme..... Love how they added it into Air Assault to show how epic and dramatic aerial dogfights were back then.
They would be terrifying. Imagine being that high up with a loud engine, no pressurization, and little view around you.

0:45 I imagine as all the brave British aviators soar up into London's air, piercing through the frigid mist and clouds towards the German zeppelin and at 0:55 when they broke through the clouds. They spot the German blimp in front of them with almost fifty German triplanes besides it blocking the sunset, making the blinding orange flare spread over all the clouds in the vicinity and evokes a marvellously incredible sight that merely WW1 aces shall ever experience. It's that breathtaking feeling you get when you think of it.

It feels special at the last one. Like watching the twilight, with orange, red and yellow colors, sitting on a mountain. Like your time is slowly getting to an end... when you are satisfied with what you have done. And you just close your eyes with a smile in your face.
Edit: I should add that it would be epic to have a VR version of this gamemode

The classic battlefield themes are the best
Just flew passenger in a real ww1 biplane doing aerobatics. Hats off to the true pilots that had to put up with the intense G’s and still had to fire and evade enemy aircraft all at once

Back in the day it was one of the most common themes i would hear on air assualt. Shame the gamemode died out very quickly.

It's only on Air Assault and you hear it in the menu before deploying I loved to hear but it's sad no one plays it anymore and that's why I am here

It is not true. I've played this gamemode yesterday on PC. You just have to find the server in servers browser at the good time. I playing on Europe server from Poland so...

I only found air assault servers in Germany and I bet many Americans had to also use German servers
