The BEST 30mins of “true wheeling” I’ve seen in a long time! 1-The spotting ON POINT 2- Drivers ON POINT 3- Trail ON POINT 4- Camera work ON POINT 5- Camaraderie the best I’ve seen !! This is SOOO under rated, this video should have 1,000,000 likes 👍!! Going to be hard to wait a week for the next episode!!
Their intentions are good and there are a lot of ways to skin a cat (meaning I'm sure lots of lines were possible), but yeah....it was a lot LOL. It's all part of what adds to the experience and stress of a 24 hr challenge like this! :-)
In my honest opinion you just gotta focus on one spotter ignore the rest. Find the guy you trust and understand their lingo of how they want you to do it.
@@bradywilliams2666 this is how I am when wheeling. I'll do what I want until I can't, then ask ONE trusted individual to spot me (usually my father) then I'll ignore him when I feel like I no longer need spotting. It does annoy him to no end... LOL But seriously I'm gonna drive by braille if I have to, I'm good at knowing where the obstacles are and what they feel like against my tires and axles.
@@merczeph79 I have one spotter that I trust 100%. I still don't listen to him all the time. Because I want to test my self or my rig. He will either laugh or sometimes get a little frustrated at me. LOL But we've been wheeling together for over 20 yrs. You guys all know him from his recovery videos.
damn this is like a master class of how to mess up driving down stuff. Not having your front locked when dropping ledges is a bad idea... you can't depend on the front end to pull you out of a roll. I always like it when Hollie calls out the "spotters" when everyone starts jabbering.
When there’s like 8 people talking 😑😂😂 - they spent even longer debating whether or not to hook everyone up by default because the first 2 Rollovers took such a long time to recover. Next time I’m calling the number 2-3 spot for sure 😅
@@MischiefMakerTV Time for a full buggy, and riding with "buggy people" - where there is no spotting and no one gets out of their rig until someone is already upside down. Pretty hard to film good content that way though 😂. Good driving, and good on you for always being harnessed up.
@@nicholascooper1193 TY! Better safe than sorry IMO and you are right about it being time for a buggy! I don’t want MM to end up looking like a beer - I already have too many friends with buggies! 😂😂
That’s the nastiest downhill I’ve ever seen..very rarely does anxiety about the sketchiness of trail come through in a video so strongly. The dude in the ultra4 casually rolled down that trail like it was his driveway .the superior suspension and low COG showed for sure. I had sweaty palms after watching this and I can’t wait for the next video!
I love Holly and Walt those 2 are so awesome. Seeing how much Holly has grown as a driver over the years. This series is by far my favorite of all the ones you put on.
Yeah it’s a real bummer. But he’s fine and the buggy is getting rebuilt by Keith Dunford with Texas Center Truck Center who was also part of the group. Incredible how everyone stepped up to help out in anyway they can. We love our community 🤘
Man! Thank you Nate with Dirt Lifestyle for sharing this on your story! Definitely a new subscriber here, how did I not know about this channel? Top notch quality!
Great video. I hope it’s a series of 4 to 5 videos. This is the quality we crave. I wish The UA group would take a chapter out of your book. This was epic. Can’t wait for next sat
Dang, what a wild descent! I am glad to see that both the drivers of the rollovers were ok! Also loved Hollie being like, “this isn’t a big deal guys, I’m stable…” love her confidence and experience! 🤙🏼🤙🏼 excited to see next weeks episode!
TY!! think John's rollover really rattled those who saw it up close. I was a little further back in the lineup and making my way down the mountain (blissfully unaware) when all of a sudden everyone came up to where we were and started insisting safety ropes be attached to each vehicle. It was pretty intense! Thanks so much for watching! :-)
@@MischiefMakerTV right right, I gotcha on not being aware of the intensity of the two rollovers being a bit back, and makes sense with everyone else’s push for safety! Being safe is important!
Man, this has to be the best hard-core wheeling coverage I've ever seen. Feels like I was there. I was on the edge of my seat as you were coming down those cliffs.
“Listen to everybody taking this trail to court, I just wanna drive down it” - John Patrick I’m bummed he rolled but I appreciate him just hitting the trail and not over analyzing it like most of the other crews. Also John Grounds killed it aswell🤘🏻
I couldn’t even imagine doing this trail. That might be the most knarly trail I’ve ever seen! I thought Disney Oklahoma was crazy. But this absolutely tops that. Jesus Christ!
Wow, what a video…. I am happy those that rolled are ok, and I hope Chuck brought some extra BVD’s… Seems like everyone tries to protect Hollie when she has more seat time the majority of most. I will watch this video probably 4 more times…Just amazing…Can’t wait until next week.
Things got really tense after the second rollover (just a few hours in) and there were a few people further up the mountain that were starting to get concerned - and our awesome trail leader Bronson may have felt a little guilty…but we all knew what we signed up for! 😀 One of my favorite things about this event series is how important the ‘mental preparedness’ factor can be. We kicked things off with 6 straight hours of intense focus and stress - then you add in watching your friends roll and it’s easy to understand why some folks get rattled (and there was still 18 hours to go 😂)
Josh was grinning from ear to ear the entire 24HAB - even at the very end of the entire event when he completely destroys something ‘kinda’ important 😅 🤐
Ain’t that the truth. That mountainside was damn near impossible to walk let alone drive. Can’t be a huge number (if any) of full body, full frame rigs that have done this trail.
Marvin, you have mad skills behind that wheel and a build that can handle a downhill monster such as that is something to be proud of. I'm only sitting here at my computer and the butterflies are emerging from their cocoon in my stomach at an alarming rate. That is the sign of an excellent vid.
Holy WOW!! That was amazing!! Great job to all the drivers and spotters! Love watching you all work together and keep everyone safe!! Can't wait to watch the next one!! :D
What an epic video! Very well done, from filming to final production and of course a crazy trail with some of the best rigs out there. I enjoyed every second of it and can’t wait for next week. Great works guys🍻🤘🏼
Wow. What a trail. I've been watching Wrecked Gear channel as well. Nuts. What would be great to see would be a full body with front/rear steer wide axles or even those portals too. There are several 'buggies' that are 3/4-seaters on these wheeling channels but still a tube chassis with some side panels and not much of a recognized mass-produced body vehicle.
Been ready for this 🤘🏻🤘🏻
You killed it Hollie!! So proud of you 🥳🤘
You have mentioned more then once in you videos. When to many people are shouting out direction it gets hectic. I’m the same way.
Love seeing you Hollie out there representing Women Who Wheel, Women Who Wrench, and Women Supporting Women!! Love from Bug in WA ❤️🐞
You are awesome🤙🏻🤙🏻
My favorite videos series every year! I don’t have a rig at this level, but I’d love to be a helper doing anything just to be there!

Just shows how difficult the trails that wrecked gear uploads are and how easy they make it look. Best rock crawling channel by far.
Ha! So true! They make this stuff look way too easy! Those those guys!
Awe shucks, thanks bud! Super stoked everyone made it through! We like wild, but we definitely still want to see success. 🤘
Man this is insanity. We have a very difficult trail, which I walked, photo'd, etc. This is whole 'nother level!
Been wheeling in Arizona since the early 1990s. I don’t mean to brag but our state is awesome for the off-road lifestyle folks! 🌵
I would have to agree with you, sir!! 🤘
Agreed 1000%
Holy smokes. What a 24 hours that was!!!

Solid driving 💪🏼

Another awesome wheeling video Marvin and Andrew. This is the best wheeling content on the tube.

Just another amazing video Marvin . I cannot wait until Saturday for part two . Just some really skilled drivers having fun .. Awesome !!
Wow! What an opening episode! That’s the rowdiest down hill trail I’ve ever seen. Great video, filming, and production!
As always 24 Hell and Back never disappoints. Thank goodness for good safety equipment and good people.
Giving the Colorado some character!
glad you're good bud, but sorry you were out early. this channel is killin it!
Painful to watch that one bro. So sorry about the buggy but super glad your and Scott are ok!!
