I went into a few Charity Shops locally in Leicester on Saturday and I couldn't believe the price hike on absolutely everything ! And, on nothing special or anything designer or of a name brand. Left me in a state of shock !
Really enjoy your videos, and always great when your wife joins you, you are a great team. You give great tips even for those of us just buying for ourselves.
The wave of nostalgia I had when you found that Pod tee. That and Fruit of the Loom just defined my childhood, clothing wise anyway. I'm sure I also had a pair of Pod chunkers on my feet at one point, gave you 10/10 toe-poking ability in playground footy. Great finds as always, the Timberland lumber and Berghaus Extreme jackets were my favourite. Found one of the latter myself but can't part with it as it's so good in the rain!
Earlier this year I found 2 of those Escape from Colditz boardgames in one day! Mine were both the original 1970's ones and i was actually quite surprised at how the prices have come down, £25-£30 now! Never found the Action Man one.
Just a bit good people well done it's great to get out an about nice games , I picked up a vintage Georgetown Hoyas Jacket today well chuffed after a strenuous day ..thanks for sharing enjoy
Brilliant - I'm from Bury so loved seeing some of the local charity shops. In a way glad you didn't get too much from there (ageUK and mencap) as I try and check there 😂 but glad you got some good finds. Looking forward to part 2 seeing if there's any shops I should hit a bit further out.
Hi - love your videos. Have been watching lots of your old stuff as I am just starting reselling - trying to build a small business before I retire. Can I ask you what lighting you use when taking your photos. I have seen a ring type light in some of your video - is there a make or model you recommend. There seem to be hundreds on offer and with the dark winter days coming on I can’t rely on natural light any more ! Thanks.
Loving your videos, just came across them recently, you live about 20 miles from me so it’s good seeing you around the area. I had a look at your eBay channel, can I ask do you hang all clothes when taking pictures or do you have some kind of background filler?
Sorry to break it to ya, but the £50-60 action man board game is actually a £10-12 game. And escape from colditz is a £20-25 game. Ebay prices that is, maybe you can get a little more if you do amazon.
Nice to see youre just a camera man following the person who finds the best stuff 🤣🤣🤣 cant wait for the oldham vlog 👍 and that pilsworth age uk prices are skyhigh
Board games have declined in value alot over the last few years since brexit and covid , Escape from colditz was £70 all day long on Amazon but lucky to get £25 on ebay now. Action man game is terrible and is £20 at best.
You still amaze me how you know the difference between the designer and the fakes ,I'm pretty good when it comes to quality, that's all I will buy ,only shopping for myself that is ,have got some amazing designer clothes where I live here in Ireland extremely cheap, some even with the price tags 😍😁
I had a Holy grail of jellycats this weekend I've put it on bidding he has a week to go and it's already in high 3 figure numbers... I can actually already pay this month's rent and council tax with the profit...people are actually mad
@@Chaddypete can't understand so much poverty in the world kids going to school starving and someone can pay that much for a frigging plush... now on 2 months rent paid...🤷🏽♀️
I'll give you 50 quid to burn that bastard rovers coat. 😂😂😂 Only one team around Lancashire mate and its claret and blue UTC Good video as always mate learnt loads from you! Keep them coming!! 🤙🏻
Hey guys. Love the videos as always. I have come into an absolute tonne of high end designer gear, Mostly 2nd hand. Wondering of you have an email address I could get in Contact with you on about it.
The bond you both have is so precious it just makes me smile 😊
Thank you so much!
6 o clock on an autumnal Sunday evening hasn't looked this good since Bullseye
Thank you Fargus!!! And thank you for supporting the channel.

If the prices are too high normally they don’t sell the item and then reduce it again! It’s always in cycles!
Really enjoy your videos, and always great when your wife joins you, you are a great team. You give great tips even for those of us just buying for ourselves.
Thanks so much for watching!!!!
Thanks for watching!
Always watching and look forward to each vlog that gets uploaded! Looking forward to the part 2! Congrats on baby no.3!! 🥰

That’s the problem with a good rain jacket, too expensive to buy new so it’s always worth keeping! Thanks for watching!

It’s a shame they are all going down in value! I remember selling some really weird ones for good money back in the days!

The Cod Jovi shirt was originally 18 pounds from Weird Tees. Limited Edition, no longer available.

I can feel a road trip coming on, great vid as always .
Cheers mate!
Get yourself down to Altrincham pal, middle class charity shops everywhere
I always end up as far as Macclesfield but I’ll put it on the list!

😂 I’m just glad to be there I suppose, don’t do much else!
I luckily found a authentic stone island longsleeve polo in the charity shop near me that never has anything in paid £3 sold next day for £50
Nicely done! It’s crazy what’s in shops!
I know that there's obvious signs, but what are some of the ways you can tell something is fake by picking it up?
It’s mainly the quality, it’s expensive for a reason, they use the best materials and have the best craftsmanship
The itch that I get when you’re stomping round my old ends picking up bargains is unbelievable. 😅😮😂❤
😂😂
Love the pick ups thanks for information keep safe

When you are a Back Hit kinda guy, you're a Back Hit kinda guy!

@@Chaddypete 😂
Also, how long did it take you to really start generating income reselling?
Quite quickly, after a couple months
It's pronounced "Green-hallsh" I believe (wife's from Up North and it's a family name)!
Thank you! I’m always butchering names!
How many shops do you say you cover in a day ?
Around 30 - 40 shops
I would say it's green hows
Haha I actually have a pair of the black pod shoes on ebay ( propa chunky heals man ) nice find guys

Next time I go out with the Mrs she is defo wearing odd socks….seems to work a treat 😊 another great video mate 👍

Peanuts x Sk8-Hi 'Charlie Brown Maize' released October 2017
You reckon this could be done as a full time job bro?
Yes it’s very possible, just needs a bit of time to build up
Noticing more they put out btec fakes cheap cos they obviously know they are snide. Some of the places need a visit from trading standards imo.
They are getting too brave with it nowadays! Or they genuinely don’t know!
@@Chaddypete How bad some are they must know. They kind of think they can get away with it being a charity shop, dodgy af tbh.
Chaddy Pete back in Chaddy, great. Where did you go for your curry?
Bakelite
We to Ocean India? I think it’s called. Opposite big Tesco in Westwood
@@Chaddypete cheers
I'm here lol just picked up a banging pair of grensons

Pods were cool man, well..the coloured ones were. Poor man's Kickers in the 80s on your Ma's Provi.
True mate! I was in school in the 2000s so didn’t really have the same appeal 😂 it was all about Rockports!
@@Chaddypete Had those waxy Rockport boots in the early 90s....mad expensive, like £140 even back then!
