Class One Model Works Depressed Flatcar- Part 2

In this rambling video I take you through what I did to the CMW Erie #7265 Depressed Flatcar to make it a little bit more prototypical. This isn't really a "Product Review"- that was the previous video. This video shows how I did indeed fix the warp/twisting issue, added a "real" wood deck, added lugs to each end of the depressed deck, and weathered the car.
This is a very nice car- especially if you get one that is not warped or twisted! However, I would check prototype photos and/or plans of your car to make sure your model matches the prototype as closely as possible- if you're into that kind of thing. You really need a photo(s) from the actual era you are modeling- these cars tended to be long-lived and did change over time.
