Jazakallah Khairan Shaikh. I'm so happy that you've reached home safely. Me and my daughter were lucky to attend the 2-day convention in Sydney. Wished you visited Adelaide, where we lived. Yes, as immigrants from Singapore, we chose Australia 🇦🇺 to migrate due to children education. Alhamdulillah, we made the right decision as Australia gives us freedom to practice our faith at work and schools. Children are allowed to do salah at school. I'm allowed to wear hijab and salah at work. Yes, we pay a high tax about 30% of our salary, but the benefits are excellent. So far, Adelaide people are fair-minded, and we don't face discrimination as the Gaza War goes on. May Allah bless you and your family and continue with your good work. Amin. Love from Australia 🇦🇺

Aalm These facts are true about the Afghan people coming wth camels in dessert Austraia also have to cull the camels bec there too many now. The Afghan also married the aboriginals. My friend was Afghan and they adopted some of the Islamic ideals she reverted to Islam mashallh it was v challenging for her byt v sincere.

Australia needs more scholars with a dynamic view point, well traveled, with a common dream and vision. Not finding much contributory scholarship from Australia, I see a whole goldmine in and around Dallas and wonder why such a high density of scholarship in such a small area?
This is our time, regardless of faith, Muslims or not Muslims, oppression brutality injustices and slaughter of defenseless Gazan is not acceptable.
We have Macedonians,
Yugoslavian & Serbian from that time.
But now we have Muslims from every part of the world.
We also have our own Converts/Reverts.

Your knowledge of Australia's history is excellent, Shaykh. The racist policy you were speaking of was known unofficially as the White Australia Policy. It was officially removed, but unofficially is still in effect. Just 2 years ago we have our governing political party trying to bring in white South Africans over the many refugees we have waiting to be approved. You may not be aware our Prime Minister has sided with Israel over the current events. As I said, the White Australia Policy is still happening.
How is the treatment of Muslims? Do they suffer getting opportunities and a comfortable safe life? Any anti-racist laws that people can seek? Would law enforcement side with those affected?

You paid no respect to Australia or it's people, you started your speech with persecution from a time that was long ago which exaggerated your plight, you at no time thanked Australia for its tolerance and strong economic position to allow everyone to hold a place in society. Why is it that after 30 years living in Australia I have friends from every denomination on earth, Chinese, greek, Portuguese, Tongan, Sudanese and the list goes on, they all have different beliefs but I am surrounded by Muslims and not one has ever attempted to engage me in the democratic way, it only ever seems like we are not equals.
