That BBQ patty was *literally* The best thing they could've made for the menu items. Sad day that it's no longer in rotation. Maybe they should bring it back periodically, like the McRib.
Ha! I noticed that too. I think it’s mainly because it also had the jelly though. The MRE’s we got when I was in the Army you got peanut butter or jelly, never both.
I always just saved them in a pocket for a snack. They’re better off as that, as it’s easy to miss a meal or 3. Things that can be eaten on the move are usually saved, and that’s usually a good choice.
We used to make rib sandwiches with the snack beard, the bbq sauce and the peanut butter. They’re weren’t bad at all. I also remember the cocoa beverage, we always used to put in instant coffee and stuff in with that, called in a field mocha. You can get pretty creative after eating these things for a while.

McRibs comeback when pork is cheap. Generally during times when ham and bacon sell a lot. Holidays and such later in the year.
@@evirareid1500 Makes sense.
I've been watching you for pretty much 6 years now steve. I hope you never stop uploading, your cuts in your videos are perfect and it has this ombionce that no other youtube channel can capture
Steve wears muscle shirt showing off his guns. Instantly TH-cam demonetizes him for firearms content LOL
Lmao xD
He got pumped over the years
What eating food with questionable expiry date does to a man
Funny but there's tons of firearms channels on TH-cam
That BBQ patty was *literally* The best thing they could've made for the menu items. Sad day that it's no longer in rotation. Maybe they should bring it back periodically, like the McRib.
Chicken burrito bowl looks terrible Bring back the rib
@@ditto1958 it’s really good though
I am like 90% sure it IS the McRib. I think when ever Mcdanks brings the McRib off the menu, any surplus riblets get thrown into MREs.
I would have never expected a McRib MRE to exist. Thanks for the info Steve
And wouldn'ya know it's only available for a limited time.

Steve: "I miss those 1.5 oz packages"
Steve 30 seconds later: "1.5 oz is a lot of peanut butter, its almost too much"
Almost
AAAAH MY KING. Thank you for making my day off better! I'm gonna share this experience with friends. Have a good one!

Steve says “gourmet”.... I say “no way”! Lol.
I received a shipment of MRE’s yesterday, and when I opened the door and saw it on my front step, I said “Nice”...

My dad would make us go on a week long river adventure every summer for years. He brought MRE's and we would always eat them for lunch, Im glad he did because I will never forget them, some were awful others were absolutely amazing. It taught me a lot of respect for our troops knowing that they would survive off this with no other options. I kinda wanna see his reactions to dropping his tray, honestly
It is actually pretty impressive how he can hold a tray with two liquids on either side. That itself is not impressive, but it's how he manages to keep it balanced when he lifts one of the drinks up
