Eggs aren’t normally refrigerated in the US in the country on farms where it goes straight from chicken to table either unless they are washed snd the outer cuticle is stripped;then they must be refrigerated. Europe vaccinates chickens from salmonella and therefore refrigeration isn’t needed. Great job Tara!❤
idk which part of Europe but I lived in both Poland and Germany...the farm we got our eggs from didn't vaccinate from nothing... just naturally eggs aren't refrigerated... oh same as in parts of Africa. Only place I saw eggs refrigerated was the States.
