I have done the mock questions and reviewed the answers in ACCA exam practice site, and I am in doubt if their answers for some questions are correct. can you please explain this part of the exam?

For the language used in the video, I think it would be fair if you just keep on using only English for many reasons including that the test is in English. Additionally, to have more audience from all over the world, you need to consider that if you use any other language, you will be losing some audience.
