I could tell by how busy it was that you were somewhere in England. There's a lot less traffic in Scotland unless you are in the central area going between busy towns. I also have an MT-07, it's such a joy to ride.
😅 yeah Mondays to Fridays mid day it's the quietest that the roads could be, wish I had more days off to ride at those times 🤣

What’s your Quickshifter setup ? 80 ms ? At all revs ?

Think I did it by rev range but then again added the same quickshifter to my friends bike and didn't need as much fiddling about as mine to get it smooth, guess each bike needs some playing about with 🤷♂️
