    It’s about time!

Tgis is great to see. I was so surprised to find out how little time (literally a few hours only) doctors get to learn about nutrition. Nutrition is so important for our health.

Canada needs a Nutrition and Metabolic Health Agency with the power of the federal government to overcome the deleterious effects of a predatory American 'food' and 'drug' industry.

Smash the garlic before dicing. Try to do it 20 minutes before you need it. Releases more of the helpful compounds. The clinic I go to has a few doctors but has twice as many nurse practitioners, a nutritionist, physiotherapist, counselling, social workers and three receptionist/ records clerks. There’s a zero cost dispensary on site, low cost with no dispensing fees. Get in a practice like this.

Do you have evidence that it releases more of the helpful compounds? I don't see why your body wouldn't already be able to absorb them all nonetheless. What is the point of releasing anything?

Low white flour, low sugar, low carbohydrates, and “low to no” vegetable seed oils (canola, corn, soy, sunflower, safflower, grapeseed, or cottonseed oils)

I dunno, the title sounds encouraging, but what's in the video looks too vague, for that to be medicinal it'd have to be less sugary stuff, more raw (vitamins are destroyed if cooked for more than around 10min) and more herbs, for example.🤞✌️

If only all CBC videos would have Comments turned ON! Wonder why not??? Nutrition is so important for everyone! As well as free speech.

This is good, food is so important, would be better if the food used is not process food... and this is not new, maybe in Canada is new but definitely not new...

if canadians do not know what is a healthy food in 2024 , they will never know. If i need advice on food , i will talk to a real expert in nutrition , not a general praticioner . Can Alberta stop fossil fuels first ? ... it is killing people with climate change .
