They needed to use other language to let the fans know they spoke English and not Korean because they're playing a game which forbids them to speak other languages other than korean. Maybe they couldn't use English for the subtitles because they are already translating korean to English and they needed to differentiate the English words that the members used. Oh my god this is hard to explain, anyways I understand the intention but it is still confusing 😂
