Soup recipe:
Sauté garlic and onions together - 3 minutes
Then add the carrots, celery, and mushrooms sauté for another 3 minutes
Add 2 tablespoons of flour with a splash of chicken broth and stir for about 2-3 minutes (until flour starts to brown)
Add in chicken and already cooked rice
Season with Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste
Add in 3-4 cups of chicken broth
Let simmer for awhile
Add in about 1/3 a cup of heavy whipping cream let simmer
