Thank you for showing your work. I remember seeing examples of it in the Bonsai Europe magazine. When was the howthorne grafted to the quince? Are you worried about graft failure due to incompatibility of the tissue?

Hello, do all old branches have to be removed when grating new varieties on maples, or better to keep the old ones until the new takes?
