Very nice video training - however, need to know - In the story - a user decides to leave the flow of conversation direction to ask for something else outside the story, but what the customer asked for is contained in another story - - Please how can the bot switch to the new story and still keep the customer engaged, providing the relevant info as required
How do we vary the responses a chatbot gives? from the example "Hey! How are you?" there are lots of choices: "Hello! How are you doing? Hi there! How's everything going? Greetings! How are things with you? Hey! How's life treating you? Yo! What's up with you? Hi! How are things on your end? Hey there! How's your day going? What's good? How are you feeling? Wassup! How's everything on your side? Howdy! How are you today?"
That's a really great video. I do have a doubt, when I train my model it works with only epoch but in your videos it goes through multiple epochs. Is there any way to customize this?
Hi Roshan, I have not customised anything extra. Just create new project with "rasa init" then do some change in nlu.md or story md file then try to run "rasa train". It should work fine, if not then kindly let me know.

When a user enters a query then RASA uses that query & finds which of the available intent will have maximum score (in range 0 to 1) and the intent with maximum score will be selected by the model. I have a use case where this maximum score is very less (i.e RASA model got the maximum score intent for a user query but that score is not good enough to label a query with that intent ). In this case, does RASA provide a Thresholding feature for Intent score, below which it will just print a message like: "Sorry I was unable to understand what you have said. Please re-try." ?

Once your program execution reaches in action.py then whatever you want to do, you can easily do like API call or database connection. As action.py is python code then you can integrate you code with any database as usually we do in any other python code. you can add more paths, also there is the concept of fallback if the person puts something the bot isn't having actions and utterances for

When I train the model it is showing nothing is changed , but I changed the data
Mine didnt change the data before too until I save the change in the visual studio code. Then did the stop and rasa train commands.
