Okay, I understand the reason behind the walk. 13 year old Rhys mindset and 24 year old Rhys learning to listen and enjoy nature and the world around you. And the world around you is cinematically quite beautiful, as well as your storytelling ability keeps improving from year to year. May this day's journey help keep your mind clear and your focus directed toward your goals for Paris 2024...and beyond. Side question, if not out of bounds, whatever happened with the house you were doing reno work on a while back?
I so needed this relaxing and calm video right now. I’m currently working on my final papers and projects, and it’s 4 am and I’m at the library working hard. Thank you for your uploads. It means the world to me to have the motivation and calmness that’s present in your videos. I hope you have a fantastic day!😊
Thanks for sharing your coastal walk with us, Rhys. I did a similar thing when I was on Jersey several years ago, including a dip in the sea. My physical health isn't so great now but I still look back on the memory of that day and it puts me in a positive mindset. I can see how that can be beneficial for a sportsman like yourself.
I really liked this video. It’s clear that you value your mental health. I’m currently struggling with it so it would be nice if you could give some advice (in one video, for example) how to manage stressful times, feeling of loneliness, anxiety, and more
Please add finding out the history of that abandoned/burnt out home to your side quest list for when you have time & do a follow-up video segment. Also, how common is it for you to run into people you know (i.e. gf's Father + Nephew) when you're out & about like that? 🤔
Lovely walk! Did theHelen's Bay to Bangor stretch many a time. You should follow the Ulster Way from the lead mines through Clandeboye to Crawfordsburn, it's a wonderful walk and one of my faves. Great to see the bluebells out too. Thanks for this! 👍🏻👍🏻
So good to see you enjoying a break from training Rhys and such a great video, some beautiful scenery and walking is the best free exercise for health and stress relief known to man - i loved this video - it is very relaxing just watching !! taking time to live in the moment and being part of the place you live in - although i would never have gone in that empty house on my own 😮😮
I have enjoyed your videos and watching you pursue your art for a while now. But this was particularly delightful. And you have a "Grey-at" day as well. (Some years ago I was lucky enough to be part of a film project directed by the noted director Callum Black with an all-Irish crew. They let me know, in no uncertain terms, that we were making a "Fill-um." I have treasured that fact to this day.)
Rhys- I know that you probably don’t have the time to respond, but if you did…. I’m wondering if you could name the top 3 principles that have influenced the development of your character. I teach classical ballet to youth and it would be helpful to share with them some guiding principles from an athlete of your caliber and a young man who exemplifies integrity, hard work, humility and perseverance.
It is so wonderful!!!! Stay Healthy 🙏🙏. Thanks for Sharing
Thanks for putting up this beautiful chilling relaxing walk along video. Surely has brighten up my day!! Stay blessed always!!!
Rhys, a nice change of pace for you and your viewers, including this 87 year-old American fairly much limited to a wheelchair.
Great video Rhys!
Enjoy the journey
Anytime a Rhys McClenaghan video pops up in my feed, I automatically like it because it’s always a guaranteed great video. Just like this one.
