The cuff thing happened to me about an hour ago. A police put me and another random criminal in his car and him and his friends were having some fun and talking aside, he was not ready to put me in jail, just kept wasting my time. The best thing to do here is just rejoin, atleast 5 mins in jail is still better than a kid wasting an entire hour of yours. In many aspects, I find ER:LC to be a bit more better and advanced in such areas. (Well I've been playing ER:LC for about 3 years now and just love it). But there are tons of things in Emergency Hamburg which make this game a bit more unlikely to play for new beginners especially.

Once I was chasing a criminal on foot, I crossed a river and arrested him, I asked for a car 5 times, but no one came (9 police officers on the server).
