    Prohibited list - Opportunity to block the survey number in software that way even government employees can’t sell or register these plots.
    Innocent investors can be saved easily.
    Government shouldn’t trouble people with these kind of panic news.

    Sir there is go unauthorised layout of 1981.All roads are 30 feet and one 40 feet exists. Most of the plots were registered in 1981 . One piece of land about 7.5 acres were kept as open space for future use. The above layout is unauthorised gp layout. Later after 20 years, the society found that there is some shortage of land on the northern side. They have shifted one line of plots about 36 nos were shifted to the existing open space meant for future use in 2002. The balance open space were also registered in favour of members in the year 2002.
    Later in the year 2007, 902 go issued for regularisation of unauthorised plots in gp layouts.
    This is in Hydernagar village under circle 23 Moosapet of ghmc now.
    In the year 2011, ghmc issued LRS to 80 to 90 % of these 121 plots in the open space for future use registered in 2002 as per GO 902. These includes the shifted block of 36 plots registered in 1981. For few plots, lrs are yet to be issued.GHMC is denying building permits to the above 121 plots.

    Sir,we are from old city .my family purchased a plot in GP LAYOUT In 2019 .our plot get registered in that time.but today they are not registered for other plots .
    Main problem is that we came to know that that venture is un authorised under FTL land .
    Now my family warries about that future construction and building permission is not giving by registrar.
    Now HYDRA Is active so we are worried about our hard money.
    This venture is in BALAPUR village.
    Sir,please give any suggestion for this.we are already applied for LRS also in 2020.
    Company also applied for layout LRS also.
    Company was telling that no problem at all.
    But we are worried about this .

    Hi Sir, I bought 277 sq yards in GP approved layout in Mogiligidda , Farooq Nagar mandal. But not yey registered. Earlier bukider said will do rhe LRS. Now as yoh know tuis cimes under HMDA he is asking for Rs2,000 / sq yard additional for HMDA approvals. Pl advice sir

    నేను సర్వే నెం.129,విశాఖనగర్ కాలనీ,రోడ్ నెం.3 లో కొత్తగా కట్టిన ఇల్లు కొనుగోలు చేయాలనుకుంటున్నాను...దీనికి 280మీ.దూరంలో బఫర్ జోన్ ఉంది‌.మరియూ ఈ స్థలం 1970లో గ్రామపంచాయితీ లే అవుట్ లో ఉంది..2013లో నిర్మాణానికి అనుమతి వచ్చింది.. అది రెన్యువల్ చేయబడలేదు మరియూ బడంగ్పేట్ మున్సిపల్ పర్మిషన్ లేదు..2023లో బిల్డర్ కొనుగోలు చేసి ఇంటి నిర్మాణం చేశాడు...ఇది గ్రీన్ జోన్ లో ఉంది..ఎక్కడ వెళ్ళినా సరియైన సమాధానం అధికారులు ఇవ్వడంలేదు..దయచేసి మా సమస్యకు పరిష్కారం చూపగలరు..

Lrs పెడతారా. అసలు గవర్నమెంట్ రోజుకొక విధంగా ఇలా రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ మీద ఎందుకు చేస్తున్నట్టు. చాలా చెడ్డపేరు తెచ్చుకుంటున్నది. ఎదో విధంగా రియల్టర్స్ గ్రిప్ లోకి రావాలానా. వచ్చే 4 సంవత్సరాలు వరకు మార్కెట్ డల్ గానే ఉంటుందా. రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ డల్ అయితే మొత్తం కమర్షియల్ ఆక్టివిటీ డల్. మనీ రొటేషన్ ఆగిపోతుంది.
