I find macaron's so intimidating I've never even tried making them. All that folding and the precision it takes- they are so easy to mess up. On this vid they make them look so easy !

Hazelnuts flour or just crush hazelnuts a lot till its powdery, will have a bit bitter taste and it will be the turkish version, try to check "acı badem kurabiyesi" its turkish version of maccarons and it is literally invented bc maccarons are expensive :P and tbh they taste better

No you shouldn’t remove less powdered sugar if you’re trying to make them less sweet. You reduce the amount of sugar added to the egg whites
