Go play pickup lacrosse with the local men in your area. There are ballers who aren't pro. Lots. In fact, I have no reservations saying that players out of the league, if they could be collected and pulled into a team.... Would obliterate a pll or nll all star team. I am the top player my age, from five states.... from 22 years ago and I couldn't get an mll or pll tryout. These guys are insecure and don't let in outsiders. Ask for.tryouts or pickup games to enter the league..... See what they say..... They're little kids who suck and don't let the real alphas in.....

I’ve been watching for 7 years now. Ended my lacrosse career about 4 years ago and Paul still brings a lot of new stuff to the table.

Cool video. One habit that I do, that seems really silly and insignificant, but worthwhile is making my bed every morning when I wake up. I don't even like a made-up bed, but mentally being able to check something off a to-do list right when you wake up is a powerful small first win of the day. More will follow. Similar to if you score on your first shot in a game, you got an early win and you know it's going to be a good day.

Great video Paul. Could you do a video on the big game against Duke your freshman year? I was part of the 55,000 fans in the stadium that day and would be cool to get the player's perspective from the field
