When u say iOS u mean by cloud gaming or the old Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3 version and for newer Fortnite yah these are the same settings although I am finding if there is anything new that could help as the methods of getting higher FPS is even patched by Fortnite themselves :(

yo bro. When I try to open root browser, it says I need to give Multiple accounts all files access but it doesn't let me.
Use the Root Browser version 2.7.6.0 which I have provided in the Description 👍 or search it up on ApkMirror and find that version 🔥

Hey it might be because of the Private DNS your using try keeping it on Automatic, Btw I found another way too to reduce Ping and that I will make a video but I will tell you, try using a DNS Server 🔥 (Test which DNS is best for you then add it) in your wifi settings in your phone 📱 I will make a video where it will be easier to understand 🤩
