Josh has had back to back games with MVP moments against the 2 teams that were in the Superbowl last year. Definitely deserves the MVP at this point, but it's obviously not over yet.
Man got engaged, had 4 touchdowns in a snow game, first QB to have a pass, rush, and receiving TD in the same game, won the AFC East, is the MVP favourite. Man has done nothing but take dubs the last 3 weeks.
Josh Allen looked like a clydesdale and a jumbo jet in that game. He is QB1 because all his wins aren’t riddled with bad calls going to his favor last minute like Mahomes. Allen also isn’t relying on one super star athlete on his team for his wins like Lamar and Hurts. Allens winning with all of his team. He’s responsible for making that work.
Brandon Bean is setting up buffalo bills just like New England, he just reset the team with youth without missing a step. We're set up for a few more years of dominance in AFC east.😊
Finally an educated analysis! Josh made that crazy throw to Knox when Purdue can’t hold the ball even was crazy. And I know how bad the weather was as I drove through this sob storm. In my opinion, when bills played ravens and Josh didn’t force the game, showed me how matured this year Josh is.
Nothing like working hard all day. Coming home and ripping a nasty dab. Crushing some reheated wing dip and Chris putting out new Bills content. I say nothing because I'm clearly unhealthy in every sense but GO BILLS
Josh absolutely is winning mvp. He has the wins. He has the stats to win it. He has moments that are legendary this season. He has the storyline. To lose 6 of his 8 captains, and all his weapons basically, and be counted out. AND get hurt in week 1 and play through injury. To have the moments he’s had and be doing what he’s doing. Hed have to have a rough last month of football to not be mvp at this point. But don’t count on that as Josh Allen hasn’t lost a December game since 2019. Oh hes also broke the franchise record this year in touchdowns for the bills in year 8. And he was the first player to have a passing, rushing, and receiving td in the same game. Unreal
Only thing I don't agree with is the stats, his stats don't scream MVP. They did last year. But when you watch buffalo play it's undeniable that he's the best player on the field and in the NFL, and he's had the moments that stand out multiple times. Also the teams success is directly because of him and his ability to protect the ball this year and be in total control of the offense. #GoBills
@ he’s on pace for 40 tds and single digit ints. Playing through an injury with all the other factors. Most qbs that would be mvp stats for sure. He doesn’t have a lot of pass yards I guess. But when you add his rushing stats his are way better than Lamar’s at this point last year
@@calebdesjardins616 when it comes to stats I'm not gonna project, I'm just looking at what he has right now. And if you stack him up against the other QBs in the League right now they aren't MVP level imo.
F*** the MVP award...we need Josh to get his first SB ring this year. The city of Buffalo would go absolutely apesh*t. It's long overdue. I know Josh has 10 years left, but he's long overdue for a ring, and it would silence the Madden-playing, living-in-grandmothers-basement haters out there that constantly use that argument to bash Josh as if he's some 2nd or 3rd rate NFL QB because he can't win a Superbowl. Marino never won one either, but I never saw that level of bashing thrown Marino's way...always respected Marino and I came out of the womb wearing a Bills jersey in Buffalo. It's time for the Bills to end their "Boy I love losing superbowls" curse and bring the Lombardi to our rust-belt city. On a side note, our hearts go out to the Ward family for their loss...Bills Mafia made some generous donations to Ward's charity. Most of us love the 49ers out here and we were welcoming of their fans on gameday last night. Last but not least, Mahomes is not NEARLY as talented as Josh Allen...Mahomes isn't remotely on that level. He has his SB rings...Mahomes should be thanking Spags and that defense for those rings.
The reason the snow + cleats problem was so bad was because of it being lake effect snow. Growing up in Buffalo, you look forward to lake effect storms in early winter because it is the best packing snow for snowballs and snowmen. Same principle applies to the cleats where the snow just sticks to them because of how wet and easy to pack it is.
I don't think media should be allowed to suck Allen off after December! 0 to hero every year then they hate him! Rinse and repeat! Let's go buffalo.... bring that trophy home! Allen doesn't need mvp.... he needs superbowl mvp 😤 let's gooooo
The Niners problem isn't just the injuries. Its the fact that they have the highest paid players at most positions and don't have the money left to build depth behind those guys
I think this "obviously Mahommes is the best" narrative is just crazy and dumb. If Allen got drafted into a prennial playoff team with a HOF TE, WR, and HOF offensive head coach, instead of having to save a dead franchiise with a defensive head coach with game mamagement issues and a gm who drafts more DBs than WRs, Allen would have all the things. Even with that challenge, he still had more TDs than any player in their 1st 6 years and only player with 4 straight 40+ TD years.
Right, Mahomes is great and there are many valid reasons to think he‘s the best, but you can‘t deny the advantages he‘s had compared to his peers. The way I see it there are 3-5 elite QBs, one of which was drafted to a great all around team with an amazing coach which led to playoff success seen only about once a decade. I think Allen has elevated receivers better than Mahomes has for what its worth
I think CMC getting hurt is on Kyle. With his history, you know his knees are bad. You maybe don’t want to gameplan him 40 touches in those conditions.
That's Beau Allen former nose tackle played for eagles for a while, then Bucs then Patriots (I think). I am not a fan of any of those teams but remember him being decent but hurt a lot. He is famous for a now confirmed story from the Kelce podcast of Firemen carrying drunk struggling Jason back to his apartment(to sober up) so Jason would stop embarrassing himself in front of his future wife.
As a Bills fan the most worrisome week left for me is the Detroit game and it's not cause of the Lions. I'm nervous because their field is an absolute piece of shit and we always lose people on the roster when we play there.
The thing is -- and Chris alluded to it -- national media and podcasts move from Josh to Lamar to Saquon depending on the week. Now, I think Lamar should be eliminated, regardless of his stats (supposedly better than they were last year), because the team is 7-5. Giving it MVP Award to him says essentially, "There's nobody who's outstanding on a better team." But there is.
Josh Allen is better than Mahomes. Why? Because he's bigger, stronger, makes the same throws, and...in addition to that, runs and jumps over and through people. The only 'counter' to what I have just said, is to teleport the goal posts to TEAM success. However, this is also flawed because Allen doesn't play Special Teams or Defense, nor does he kick. So...it's CLEARLY Josh Allen over Mahomes and Lamar and Joe Burrow. He can do what they can do, but they cannot do what Josh Allen does ROUTINELY.
Should Josh Allen win MVP for this season?

He had a big smile on his face as he flew and dove through the air! He was having fun like a school yard kid! Damn I love this guy!
Josh Allen is so good he scored two touchdowns in one play

Helluva snag by Cooper to make that TD possible.
His game-clinching TD against the Chiefs on 4th down was pretty damn special.

They said the same thing about the Bills in the offseason, window is closing. Go Bills!!
Prayers up for these guys and their Families🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
I lost a daughter. Forget playing high-level football, I had trouble putting my shoes on every day for a couple of months.
Sorry for your loss. I don’t see the correlation though

“Shout out to Brandi Love!” 😆
And he sat out practicaly the whole 4th Qtr. And they havent even played New England yet. Theyre doing it!
He also passed oj Simpson for most rushing t.ds all time
Thurman Thomas still has the most, but yah..he's passed OJ which is crazy for a QB that still has another 5 to 7 more prime seasons left.
shout out to Brandi Love
