    obviously he doesn't have a lot of achievements because we all know the story.
    but in term of individual level...he is among the best in the history of the game.
    there is no doubt for those who saw him play...

    Penny had better vision and was a more gifted /imaginative / flair passer than all the players praised today for their playmaking skills. That includes lebron and doncic.

    Kobe had great career and had his historic moments! It took him while though to finish flourishing and blossom! Hardaway was there from time he entered nba but hardships and injuries ruined his career! He was in top three players until that happened and hardaway you should be proud of where you at today and accomplished overall In your life!

      A lot of people underestimated Orlando thinking they were a lottery team or something after Shaq left. They obviously weren't the same without him but they still had enough talent to compete with anyone when healthy.

      daripper4u That Miami team was never as dominant in the playoffs as they were in the regular season they kept getting knocked out the playoffs by the Knicks and they only got past them that year because Ewing and Houston were suspended in G6.

    I remember watching this live in Orlando. I was a huge Penny fan. To me this was his best rythm I've seen him in. He was on fire through those games. It's to bad he got hurt that next year he was becoming one of the leagues elite.

      T-Mac didnt have the footwork or court vision of Penny and sure didnt have the moves Penny had and didnt have the post up game Penny had only think they had were siimilar builds but thats where the comparisons end Penny was more of Magic/Iceman Gervin/Jordan hybrid he was so explosive and smooth with it and was extremely bouncy with a next level basketball IQ

    it was a previlege to have watched Penny played when he was in Orlando. what could've been if he didn't get hurt OR if the medical technology was better at that time. He was quicker and more explosive than Kobe in his prime for sure and stronger than TMac.
