Following the mysterious disappearance of MC a few days after going to Yuri's house, Sayori has been worried sick about him, forgetting about her depression momentarily because of how unusual it is for her to not have MC by her side.
After gathering the courage to investigate herself, Sayori goes to Yuri's house pretending to attend to a tea party, but in reality she had only one goal in mind: to find out whatever happened to MC.
The tea party went smooth enough, although Yuri let out one occasional comment to Sayori, telling her that she shouldn't go to the basement. This obviously set off all sorts of alarms and red flags in Sayori's head, although she wished she was just making premature assumptions about her friend.
Nevertheless, Sayori knew that she needed to enter the basement in order to know what really happened to MC. Once Yuri was busy getting more tea and finding more books to read, Sayori rushed to the basement.
Upon entering, Sayori's eyes widened in horror... Her worries and suspicions turned out to be correct: MC was being held captive by Yuri.
Sayori rushed to his side and spent some minutes talking to him, asking him how this came to be and the conditions he's been living in ever since he was taken.
However, Sayori's train of thoughts was interrupted when she heard the basement door close and the sound of Yuri's footsteps coming closer...
