Those tails look dry. Figures they're from Cincy Crab. I would take Outback over Cincy any day. Plus, these are Rock Lobsters. Main lobsters are much more moist and sweet. You can always tell when lobster meat is rancid if it has an ammonia smell. If it does, don't eat it. You'll be shooting fireworks out of both ends all night long.
