Helps with clearing negative energies…the scent is supposed to help you relax…some say it helps ease stress and pain…helps calm the mind…smudging can help energetically cleanse your home and also have a purifying cleansing effect on the body and mind. The grounding aroma can also help you prepare your mind and energy for meditation. I’ve used it many times and it’s amazing! Definitely channels my inner witchy self!
