I work in social services. Yesterday I was doing my annual health surveys with a client. He’s an elderly Aa male. One area of questions is about financial health and stability. Food is an area of concern for him. I was looking at my notes and in 2023 he recover $93 in food stamp benefits and this year they reduced it to &71. I was so angry knowing how much we’ve given to these foreign invaders. They are using this population to replace your vote because they realized Americans especially those of color are waking up. Support local businesses and vote red, like your life depends on it because it does.

I feel her pain. I am selling my house. I had to put up more than 20% with excellent credit and pay off $15k in bills to purchase my house that came to $75k. I had to work 16 hours a day - 7 days a week! Most of the potential buyers are migrants being funded 97% with them having to put only 4,500k down. You could have applied for an FHA loan with 3 percent down. The reason for 20% down is that you didn't want PMI or there were credit issues that with 20% down made the loan approveble than one with a lower down payment. To really gain realestate wealth, imo, a loan should t be taken out for more than 15 hrs with a minimum of 10 percent down.
You were debt heavy which made your debt to income ratio exceed established limits. One can have excellent credit with plenty of debt, paying the minimum payment each month. But it means nothing if income limits are exceeded.

I feel her pain. I had an experience similiar around the same time. I was working with a migrant who came to the US to become a pharmacist. He was making 100,000 a year no student loans. He asked me if a 750 credit score was good. I said it is, must be nice. He had only been here for less than 2 years. He went to US college for free, lived in a beautiful suburban community, and was given a nice car- no car note. Oh, and didn't pay taxes. It triggered me, I said " Must be nice to come here and get all of that when I been here all my life, and had to work hard to live a decent life." I was upset as I struggled to get all these things. I work in social services. Yesterday I was doing my annual health surveys with a client. He’s an elderly Aa male. One area of questions is about financial health and stability. Food is an area of concern for him. I was looking at my notes and in 2023 he recover $93 in food stamp benefits and this year they reduced it to &71. I was so angry knowing how much we’ve given to these foreign invaders. They are using this population to replace your vote because they realized Americans especially those of color are waking up. Support local businesses and vote red, like your life depends on it because it does.

I feel her pain. I am selling my house. I had to put up more than 20% with excellent credit and pay off $15k in bills to purchase my house that came to $75k. I had to work 16 hours a day - 7 days a week! Most of the potential buyers are migrants being funded 97% with them having to put only 4,500k down. You could have applied for an FHA loan with 3 percent down. The reason for 20% down is that you didn't want PMI or there were credit issues that with 20% down made the loan approveble than one with a lower down payment.
To really gain realestate wealth, imo, a loan should t be taken out for more than 15 hrs with a minimum of 10 percent down.
You were debt heavy which made your debt to income ratio exceed established limits. One can have excellent credit with plenty of debt, paying the minimum payment each month. But it means nothing if income limits are exceeded.

I feel her pain. I had an experience similiar around the same time. I was working with a migrant who came to the US to become a pharmacist. He was making 100,000 a year no student loans. He asked me if a 750 credit score was good. I said it is, must be nice. He had only been here for less than 2 years. He went to US college for free, lived in a beautiful suburban community, and was given a nice car- no car note. Oh, and didn't pay taxes. It triggered me, I said " Must be nice to come here and get all of that when I been here all my life, and had to work hard to live a decent life." I was upset as I struggled to get all these things. He said sarcastically, "That's your government!" I was ready to lose my job that day.
