I think I missed something, perhaps you can tell me. Did you added the seard stake and onions to the grinder with the brisket to have it all mixed? I want to try this out too, but I dind't see if this were added (I think it may be obvious that it was, I just didn't see it on the video)
Hi Esteban - honestly this was a year ago and I don't remember that detail! But I usually add the extra ingredients to the mix stage not the grind stage so they maintain their own texture. Good luck with yours - come back and let me know how they turn out!

The Perseids meteor showers will soon be in the night skies. Anchor up the boat in the Columbia River at the mouth of the Cowlitz River with a cooler of food and beer. Put out the rod and place in the rod holder with the fish alarm, grab a beer and enjoy the show. How many folks can say they caught a salmon or steelhead when sleeping under the stars. So many options to think about visiting out hear next year. Like catching a 8' or bigger sturgeon? Sure they are catch and release but it's so rewarding catching a fish bigger than yourself. I'm off to bed, it's beginning to cool down.
