श्रीमद भगवद गीता को संपूर्ण वैदिक ज्ञान का शिरोमणि माना जाता हैं। क्योकि इसमें संपूर्ण जीवन का सार हैं। भगवद गीता पूर्ण पुरुषोत्तम भगवान श्री कृष्ण और उनके प्रिय सखा अर्जुन के बीच का दिव्य संवाद है। १८ अध्याय से परिपूर्ण गीता का यथा शक्ति पाठ करने से किसी भी व्यक्ति को कई प्रकार के अनगिनत फल तो मिलते ही हैं तथा यह शुद्ध भक्ति भी प्रदान करती हैं। इसलिए गीता का पाठ व्यक्ति को जीवन में कम से कम एक बार अवश्य करना चाहिए।
The Bhagavad-gita is such an important scripture that it can help us to get out of the cycle of birth and death. Anyone who recites Bhagavad-gita with devotion will go to the spiritual world at the time of death. If one reads Bhagavad-gita sincerely the reaction of one's past deeds will not act upon one.
