Nice review of the Tasco camera. I like the 1 pic every 5 second setting myself. Up close objects are overexposed at night, but distance shots aren't bad. If I could change one thing about them, I would add a battery indicator. Important tip to store away in your mind. Two of my Tasco cameras stopped working recently. Cleaning all the battery terminals in the tray, springs inside the camera, and the batteries themselves with a Q-tip & white vinegar restored the cameras. I was about to toss them & consider them junk after about 1.5 years. Found this cleaning tip on youtube, & it worked!
Wow! This is a great instructional video for your new Tasco camera...you explain it well. Works well, too. Better, as you said, when you become more familiar. My Son saw many of these cameras attached to trees all over an area in a nearby forest when I brought him there to explore wildlife a few years back when he was a child. The animals wasted no time woofing that maple syrup down! :) I hope to see many more of your 'nighttime' videos! Who knows what may show up in them - a deer; a bear; a coy dog (coyote); a fox; a homeless person; etc. :D Thank you for posting! :)
I’ve had one of these models for about a year. The power switch is broken now. I recommend spending a little more money and getting a better one. The picture quality isn’t great either, especially at night. My Bushnell cameras are much better.
The company will give you a free one if you call them and ship it to them, The picture quality is really bad at night but for 28 dollars it ok, wouldnt but it again tho
If you will take a gallon plastic water or milk jug cut it and take a bungee cord and put it over the camera it will keep the water and snow and ice off of it and will make it last a long time.I have 4 of these that i have had running for 5 years now no problems just have to change the battery's.
This one can be good, nice day pictures and videos but night is a little overexposed, good for the low price, I have used it hundreds of times, very sensitive so nots of nothing pictures and shuts off during cold weather so I used litium ion batteries that can work in cold
Still working now and I've had them nearly three years at this point but it's not like they're outside consistently I only bring them on camping trips as of now so they don't get much run time but they're still working

I saw several videos showing how to use this camera. yours is best. You covered everything. Thanks for your time you put into this.
Oh, you name it, everybody was there under the Sun and moon, getting free food!
Where is the battery level indicator?
The best cam I ever bought
Good job on the display and very nice on the review. You showed me some things I did not know about the camera.
Excellent tutorial video for this trail cam. This looks like the one to buy. Thanks.

I have two and one of them is triggering as it should at night but there is no picture? I’m guessing the infrared light is not working?

post 10 Thanks for the info. To be fair, it was only 1/3 the price of my other cameras.
